How do I access this information?

You need to include your name, email address, tax Id# and contact information to complete the sign in process. Once this has been done create your username and password. Include a hint question & answer to be used as a password reminder.

Already Have a Healthx Account?

Simply logon with your current username and password, click on the New Subscription Link found on the left side of the screen and enter somi.provider in the box to add SOMI services. Click on submit to be subscribed to SOMI Provider Services. Refresh your screen to see these services.
