The SOMI Solutions Newsletter is one way of keeping our clients informed about employee benefit issues that affect employers and employees, on a daily basis, such as the Family & Medical Leave Act and COBRA.  The newsletter offers insight into new approaches to employee benefits, such as Employee Directed Healthcare Accounts (HRAs & HSAs) and web based enrollments.  Information on Annual Form 5500 reporting and state required surcharge reporting help keep employers updated on compliance responsibilities.  We also welcome requests for information on special topics and will do our best to respond to requests in a future issue.  The SOMI Solutions Newsletter is published periodically throughout the year and sent to our clients.
